Evelyn Bezruczyk - Vestry Member

Jerry and I were married at Christ Church 31 years ago. We were both Roman Catholic and were looking for a church we could call home and be active in. We attended services and were welcomed warmly. Jerry was Sexton for a while. I have been on Altar Guild many years and on Vestry twice before. I still work part-time. I serve as a chalice bearer and a Lay Eucharistic Minister. I enjoy the beach, bike riding, bus trips, games shows, and when I can do nothing!

After his graduation from high school in 1990, he decided to go to Seminary to become a priest from 1992-2001. He was ordained as a Roman Catholic priest on October 7, 2001. That same year, he began working as a parish priest under the Archdiocese of Conakry in Guinea. From 2001-2006, he led two French-language congregations in Conakry. He has been attending the Church of the Holy Spirit since September 2010, where he assists as a lay reader.
